TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COURSE:

Students must agree to the terms and conditions of the course to include the following statements.

• Payment for the course is due before the first week of instruction.
• I understand that my participation in this course is at my own risk and/or the risk of my employing agency.
• I acknowledge that the State of Wisconsin, or any of its entities such as the Department of Justice, will not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred or sustained by me. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. 
• Please note - Course fees will be increasing in the FY24 budget year from $625.00 to $700.00 for registration to this course. This increase is due to providing competitive instructor rates for our program as our instructors have never received an increase in their rates since the inception of this program.
