Students must agree to the terms and conditions of the course to include the following statements. This course is schedule to run three weeks over the course of a three month period. Attendance to the course is required for all days. Any lodging required for attending the course is at the student or employers expense. By submitting an application to attend the DLES LPO course, I attest that I have reviewed, understand and am prepared to adhere to all safety and protective measures identified within this course announcement. I further understand that my participation in this course is at my own risk and/or the risk of my employing agency. I acknowledge that the State of Wisconsin, or any of its entities such as the Department of Justice, will not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred or sustained by me. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease.
