Our venue is large this year and we want to make sure you get the time you deserve! We are creating a free Exhibitor Blackout Card this year and adding your logo to the card. Attendees will visit to get a stamp from you and get an opportunity to hear all about your product or services.
Completed cards can then be entered into a drawing for a final prize at the end of the conference. If you a have prize you would like to contribute to this fun event, please contact Josalyn Longley at longley@danesheriff.com.
$1000 or more Raffle Donation
Booth includes one to three exhibit spaces (10' x 10', 10' x 20' or 10' x 30') based on your exhibitor display needs for the duration of the conference. Exhibit space includes tables and chairs. The conference raffle takes place on the final day of the conference. 100% of the proceeds will go to families of first responders who have died in the line of duty.
It also include space on our Blackout gamecard!
$500 - $999 Raffle Donation

The Active Threat Committee is comprised of law enforcement training leadership members whose goal is to bring critical training to our communities. We encourage you to join our event as a vendor and share much needed resources with our wide audience of attendees.

Challenge Coin Sponsor – Includes a 10x10, 10x20 or a 10x30 booth for your display, based on your exhibit needs for the duration of the conference. The fee will go towards purchasing our unique challenge coin for the 2024 conference. Vendor is invited to share a portion of the coin with their logo/information.
Cost = $1,800
Network Night Cornhole Sponsor – Includes a 10x10, 10x20 or a 10x30 booth for your display, based on your exhibit needs for the duration of the conference. The fee will go towards our evening network event to cover the cost of food for our cornhole game night. Exhibitor is invited to address the group to share about their product and join in the fun!

Other Sponsorship Options - Offer us an opportunity!
If your company cannot join us in person but is interested in donating money or merchandise for our non-profit raffle, please let us know for advertisement purposes. Our non-profit raffle will take place on the final day of the conference. All proceeds will benefit those affected by first responders who have died in the line of duty (to be announced at the conference).
All money collected from the raffle will be donated to a local family in need who has suffered from an on-duty incident.
All packages include breakfast and lunch on 2/22/24 and breakfast on 2/23/24 for two attendees from your company. You are also invited to join us for the networking evening event on 2/21/24. Additional attendees from your company may be charged for meals.
