Requirements: 

  • RN, NP, MD or other medical professional
  • Due to space limitations, preference may be given to those already employed in a forensic program
  • Because this is a blended learning course, attendees must complete the self-paced webinars at their own pace and complete a post-test on the material prior to coming to the in-person session. (Failure to complete these webinars and the associated post test will result in forfeiture of continuing education credits and a Certificate of Completion).
  • Registrants will gain access to the self-paced webinars on or before August 16th, 2022, allowing 4 weeks to complete the material.

I acknowledge that the State of Wisconsin, or any of its entities such as the Department of Justice, will not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred or sustained by me. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease.

WI DOJ has the right to cancel the course, as does the venue, due to pandemic concerns or changing guidelines, and as such the course may be rescheduled to a virtual training course.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full, prior to the start date of the course.

Payment can be made by credit card only.
*Please note there is a convenience fee charged for credit cards by our payment gateway system. This fee established by the credit card companies and not by WI DOJ.

Cancellation Terms:

Refunds will be processed for all candidates who cancel their registration greater than 3 weeks from the start of the course. If cancellation is made within the 3-week window a refund will only be given if WI DOJ is able to fill the vacant seat from the waiting list. If WI DOJ is unable to fill the seat, the candidate or their agency will be responsible for the full tuition to attend the course.
