covid precautions

Your health and safety are our priority!

Participants that are known COVID-19 positive, are sick or are exhibiting signs of being sick, will not be allowed to attend in person.

Participants who develop symptoms during the event will be asked to leave.

Unvaccinated participants who have been in close contact with someone who is known to be COVID-19 positive in the 14 days prior to the event will not be allowed to participate in person. This restriction does not apply to fully vaccinated participants unless they have COVID-19 symptoms.

All participants are required to wear some form of face covering during the event. Participants who are unable to wear a face covering for the duration of the event should not plan to attend in person.

All restrictions and safety protocols apply to all people present at the gathering regardless of their vaccination status.

Face Coverings:

  • As noted above, all participants must wear some form of face covering during the event. Face coverings can be removed when eating or drinking. In addition, presenters at the event may remove their mask when speaking if: (1) they are comfortable doing so; (2) they are fully-vaccinated; (3) wearing a mask would materially affect the quality of the presentation; and (4) they maintain adequate physical distancing from any other unmasked presenter. Participants and presenters should be encouraged to supply their own face coverings if possible.

COVID-19 Exposure:

  • Your DOJ point-of-contact is Stacy Lenz to report concerns related to COVID-19 during the event. Please contact her with any concerns.
  • If you receive a positive COVID-19 test within the 14 days following the end of the event please inform Stacy Lenz so DOJ can assist with contact tracing.
