All rooms MUST be booked before March 19, 2025. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

Any lodging necessary is the responsibility of the student or agency. A room block has been set up at the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley at a rate of $98 per night. The room block will be held until March 14, 2025 for you to secure your reservations.
