Course Information:

This course promotes a multi-agency approach to the problem of elder abuse for frontline law enforcement professionals. The interactive, problem-solving based training will draw from attendees experiences and provide them with strategies to effectively investigate elder abuse.

Topics Include:

- Investigative strategies for law enforcement
- Local & State resources to assist law enforcement and victims
- Communicating with older adults and witnesses
- Detection and identification of financial exploitation, neglect, domestic violence and sexual assault.
