A two part webinar series focused on the investigation, prosecution and supervision of stalking offenders presented by Assistant Attorney General Miriam Falk and Program and Policy Analyst from the Office of Crime Victim Services, Keeley Crowley. 

In this training we will delve into the investigation and prosecution of stalking cases. We will explore how to conduct thorough investigations, including evidence preservation and collection as well as investigative strategies for interviewing victims and suspects.

Miriam Falk

Keeley Crowley

Program and Policy Analyst

    Miriam Falk is an Assistant Attorney General in the Division of Law Enforcement Services, Training and Standards Bureau. Miriam previously worked as a prosecutor for the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for 27 years. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.


     Keeley Crowley is a Program and Policy Analyst – Advanced in the Office of Crime Victim Services with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. She has over 20 years of experience working in the anti-sexual assault and domestic violence movement, including providing direct services to survivors. She is the Site Coordinator for the Wisconsin Sexual Assault Kit Initiative and coordinates the state’s SART Strengthening and Enhancement Project and the Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Response Team.  Ms. Crowley previously served as the director of a community-based sexual assault program, the community outreach specialist with a domestic violence program, and as a policy analyst with the Wisconsin DOC’s Prison Rape Elimination Act unit. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Service Administration.
