VENDOR BLACKOUT CARD

Another way to guarantee your connection with our more than 500 attendees is to join the Vendor Blackout Card. Check this option to have your logo added to the card. Attendees must visit each vendor on the card to receive a stamp to part of our final drawing! Check the box to sign up to be part of this event.
Sponsor Level Vendors automatically receive a spot on this card - no need to select this option.

Summary

Terms and Conditions
Even though the vendor area will be secured from hotel guests overnight, hotel employees will still have access to the vendor display area overnight. On-site security will not be provided for the vendor area after-hours. No live weapons or munitions can be left in the vendor area after hours. Please plan accordingly. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vendor area during, before, or after conference hours. There is a 2% non-refundable convenience fee for credit card payments charged by the credit card company. Payment must be completed prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after February 6th due to hotel commitment.
