I acknowledge that the State of Wisconsin, or any of its entities such as the Department of Justice, will not be liable for any damages or injuries incurred or sustained by me. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. WI DOJ has the right to cancel the course, as does the venue, due to pandemic concerns or changing guidelines, and as such the course may be rescheduled to a virtual training course. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full, prior to the start date of the course. Cancellation Terms: Refunds will be processed for all candidates who cancel their registration greater than 2 weeks from the start of the course.
